A SNOWY CATCH-UP

Well the snow is coming down, more and more here in Stratford. London Ontario near us has had some crazy snow falls, and we are expecting more. Christa and I had some fun in the snow. She made a snow man called Gordon.

Waffles and ice-cream were on the menu at our house when we had some people around for a party. It was fun having everyone together, getting to know everyone more.



THE CHRISTMAS FLOAT


We have been busy with a few projects.

One of them is a Christmas float which we were given as a project to organise.

So the Christmas float took place on 28th of November, it went really well. Christa was amazing as she organised allot of the float and I supported her.

We had a flat bed truck with a live worship band, Christa played the keyboard and did back up singing. A bunch of us handed out candy with a Christmas message on it about Jesus being the reason for the season.

We also helped organise the Christmas decorating of the church and worked with the previous decorators. The church looks really Christmassy.

ON THE ROAD WITH PATRICIA!
We went on a road trip with Patricia Bootsma and another couple from Ireland ( Mike and Loraine ) to a retreat in Orangeville called Singing Waters. We ministered to people from China, Taiwan, and Korea. It was amazing, seeing the awesome Holy Spirit setting people free. We mainly did prophetic ministry, prophesying over loads of people and we also did some healing ministry and saw the power of God touch people, the one significant healing was someones neck got healed. We stayed a night there in a cabin. It was so beautiful there.

REVISITING " CATCH THE FIRE"



We then went to Catch the Fire Toronto the next day while Patricia dropped some flowers off for Carol Arnott (yes, name dropping;!) and attended a meeting with a priest from the Vatican.
We got to see some of our friends from the School of Ministry, it was great to say hi to them again.

After that we went on to Oshawa to minister in a prophetic meeting.

It was an amazing trip seeing how peoples lives were touched by the love and power of God, and that we were a part of it all, thank you Jesus.
We have been helping on a new believers class, which we love as we minister the love of God to people.
Christa has also begun to lead worship in Harp and Bowl, and it has been amazing, she is really gifted to lead people into intimacy with Jesus our Bridegroom. I love listening to her worship Jesus, I was brought to tears.
I spent some time today working on some Christmas cards, with others, for an outreach to some people in a village opposite the church - we drew up some cards with prophetic words and scriptures and pictures on them. It was cool designing them to bless people with the love of God.
